Do You Work Directly for Mechanical Services Contractors?
Yes. Much of our mechanical work is delivered for mechanical-services head contractors and builders, where we take on the electrical package — switchboard, power, controls and commissioning — as a reliable specialist subcontractor. We also work directly for facility managers and building owners on upgrades and maintenance.
Can You Handle Both New Installations and Breakdowns?
Yes — greenfield, brownfield and breakdown. On new builds we deliver the full mechanical electrical package from design to handover. On occupied buildings we stage upgrades around tenancy and operating hours. And when plant fails, we respond — then offer scheduled maintenance so it doesn't happen again.
