What We Build
We build custom boards for our own mechanical and refrigeration work, and to supply — from distribution boards and control panels to the mechanical and refrigeration services switchboards that run a building's plant. Each board is designed to the project specification, built around the switchgear specified for the job — Schneider, NHP or others — and documented for the completed assembly.

Building switchboards in-house matters because the switchboard sets the lead time for the whole job — yours isn't sitting in another supplier's queue. We control the build, the quality and the programme, and the team that builds the board installs and commissions it.
Built and Verified to Specification
Every switchboard and control panel is built to the nominated project specification and to AS/NZS 61439 (the Australian Standard for low-voltage switchboard assemblies), with verification and documentation provided for the completed assembly where required. Where a project requires an approved-supplier system or a fully type-tested / design-verified assembly, we work with national switchboard builders to meet that specification.

Do you manufacture switchboards in-house?
Yes — custom switchboards and control panels are designed and built in our Greensborough facility, which gives us control over quality and lead time.
What standards are your boards built and tested to?
They're built to the project specification and to AS/NZS 61439 — the Australian Standard for low-voltage switchboard assemblies — fitted with quality equipment, and documented for the completed assembly where required.
Can you build MSSBs and RSSBs?

Yes — we stage and schedule board replacements to suit occupied buildings and trading stores.
